These pieces were transcribed from the original manuscript for two-part ensemble playing, but adapted for the smaller lever harp with one octave below middle C and at least 26 strings. They range in difficulty from mid-beginner to intermediate ability. Some pieces come in both an easier (mid-beginner) arrangement as well as more difficult one (intermediate). There is an openness and simplicity to the character of these pieces that should be mainteded, often with a pentatonic or modal flavor.
